Yearly pay = hourly rate × hours per week × paid weeks per year. Monthly pay is the yearly figure divided by 12, so it is the same every month even though some months have more working days. Every-two-weeks pay is two weeks' worth.
All figures are before tax.

Questions
How do I convert an hourly wage to a yearly salary?
Multiply your hourly rate by the hours you work in a week, then by 52. At 40 hours a week that is 2,080 hours a year, so $20 an hour is $41,600.
How do I turn a salary into an hourly rate?
Divide the yearly salary by the hours you work in a year. A $52,000 salary at 40 hours a week is $25 an hour.
Is this before or after tax?
Before tax. Income tax, social security or National Insurance, pension and other deductions come off before the money reaches your account.
Should I use 52 weeks or fewer?
Use 52 if you get paid holiday. If you are paid only for weeks you work, use the number of weeks you actually work, for example 48.
